Age and License Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to rent an ATV
• You must possess a valid driver's license from your country of residence
• You must provide a government-issued photo ID for verification
• International visitors must have a valid passport and may need an International Driving Permit

Physical Requirements

• You must be physically capable of operating an ATV safely
• You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may impair your ability to operate the vehicle
• Certain medical conditions may prevent you from participating in ATV activities

Booking Process

• All reservations must be made through our official website or authorized booking channels
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking
• Confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of booking

Pricing and Fees

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Additional fees may apply for insurance, equipment, or optional services
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Security deposits may be required and will be refunded upon safe return of the ATV

Cancellation by Customer

• 48+ hours before rental: Full refund minus processing fees
• 24-48 hours before rental: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Cancellation by Samana Rides

We may cancel your reservation due to:

• Severe weather conditions that make ATV operation unsafe
• Mechanical issues with the reserved ATV
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit for future use.

Safety Requirements

• Mandatory safety briefing and orientation before operation
• Helmets and safety equipment must be worn at all times
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Stay on designated trails and roads
• Do not exceed recommended speed limits
• No passengers unless specifically authorized

Prohibited Activities

• Operating the ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Reckless or dangerous driving
• Off-road operation in prohibited areas
• Racing or competitive driving
• Allowing unlicensed persons to operate the ATV
• Smoking while operating the vehicle

Customer Responsibility

By renting an ATV, you agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with ATV operation
• You are responsible for any damage to the ATV during your rental period
• You will pay for repairs, replacement, or towing costs if needed
• You are liable for any injuries or damages to third parties

Insurance Coverage

• Basic liability insurance is included in the rental fee
• Additional comprehensive insurance is available for purchase
• Personal travel insurance is strongly recommended
• Check with your personal insurance provider for coverage details

Vehicle Condition

• All ATVs are inspected and maintained to safety standards
• Report any mechanical issues immediately
• Do not attempt repairs yourself
• Fuel and basic maintenance are included

Return Condition

• Return the ATV in the same condition as received
• Normal wear and tear is acceptable
• Excessive dirt or damage may result in cleaning/repair fees
• Return on time to avoid additional charges
